PERSONAL TRAINING


Since July 2005, I’ve had the awesome opportunity of being a personal trainer in Manhattan.

Working in this great city has granted me experience in helping a diverse clientele, including executives for fortune 500 companies, celebrity actors, medical professionals and entrepreneurs, all of which encompass their own unique health goals, talents, adversities and individualized exercise programming.

Working one-on-one allows me to continually correct and maintain your exercise form, modify training intensity for how you feel on that particular day, and thoroughly strategize a healthier, more creatively curious mindset.

I believe working out should be fun, while simultaneously remaining challenging and uncomfortable.

Workouts are designed in a way that’s meant to push you to your maximum effort while safely progressing towards your goals.
