What exactly is Mobile Training?

Mobile Training is a 6-week mental and physical fitness program designed to establish habits which empower your best and most sustainable health. 

What’s included with Mobile Training?

Mobile Training includes your own custom workout program, on-going support through personal coaching and the MFT Community, two 30-minute virtual personal training sessions, nutritional strategy and education, an MFT t-shirt, exclusive access to weekly live streams, and more fun perks along the way.

How do I get started with Mobile Training?

Upon filling out and submitting the application, responses are reviewed (usually within three business days) and you’ll be contacted regarding the availability.

If confirmed, you’ll be sent a series of consultation forms needed to design your custom workout program, as well as an electronic payment invoice to submit a deposit to officially reserve your spot.

How do I know Mobile Training will work for me?

When designing your custom routine, all aspects of your lifestyle will be taken into consideration to integrate where, how and when to execute a balanced routine - one that's sustainable.

Throughout the program, we'll continue to monitor and review all sets, reps, weights and conditioning statistics together, as well assessing weekly progress photos and measurements.

Consistently reassessing training metrics will allow us to modify the program along the way, and through data tracking, objectively paint a clear and simple path towards safely achieving your goals.

Do I need to have a lot of experience with strength training to participate in Mobile Training?

No - Mobile Training is designed to work for all exercise experience levels, and each exercise is accompanied with a short, easy-to-follow demonstration video.

The program also includes two 30-minute virtual personal training sessions to ensure proper form for exercises, and to answer any questions.

Though having previous strength training experience is a benefit, it’s not 100% necessary.

What equipment is needed for Mobile Training?

Most of the strength training exercises utilize a variety of dumbbells, an adjustable bench, a physioball and a stretching mat - all of which can be purchased seperately and utilized in your home or at a gym.

I have a few injuries and special physical conditions, would you suggest Mobile Training anyway?

Mobile Training is not designed for physical therapy, however, if you’ve been receiving treatment and have been cleared by a doctor to begin a more structured exercise routine, then yes.

The best way to fully assess eligibility is by sending a message from the contact section and explain in greater detail your situation.

What happens after completing Mobile Training - are there next steps?

Upon completion, you'll be given a detailed record of your routine, along with a clear strategy to continue exercising on your own.

Should you want to continue with a new, more progressed program building upon what you just completed, you can do so without the requirement to re-apply and you'll be seperately sent an electronic invoice to reserve your spot. 

How much does Mobile Training cost and what forms of payment do you accept?

The total cost of Mobile Training is $450.

To reserve a spot in the program, you'll be sent a non-refundable $50 deposit via electronic invoice, and the remaining $400 balance due once the program is fully uploaded online in the app.

The electronic invoice will give you the option to use a debit or credit card for submitting payment.
